Excel or CSV with manufacturer part numbers, quantities, reference designators.

Gerber or ODB++

All copper layers, soldermask, silkscreen, drill, paste. Stackup if available.

Centroid / pick and place

X, Y, rotation per reference designator. Standard CSV is fine.

A.04

Assembly drawing

PDF with assembly notes, special process callouts, conformal or potting zones.

A.05

IPC class

Class 2 or Class 3 workmanship. State J-STD-001 if applicable.

A.06

Volume and cadence

Prototype, NPI, or production. Annual EAU and lot sizing.

Test requirements

Functional test scope, ICT, boundary scan, burn-in. Existing fixtures if any.
